The work is compressed again, this time with its interrogation attached. The output is decision grade: findings, evidence, assumptions, unknowns, risks, stated confidence and a recommended decision.

Procedure
Procedure
The record is written for use, not for persuasion. It states what is understood, the evidence behind it, the assumptions that remain and the risks carried by acting on it.
Confidence is stated explicitly and separately from the recommendation, so a reader can see how much weight the position can carry.
The interrogation stays attached. A compression separated from its interrogation returns the reader to stage 01.
